Fourth of July in Hong Kong

Well, today's July 4th and for some reason they don't seem to have any parades here celebrating America's independence from England. What's with that?

Fourth of July is my favorite holiday of the year. There's no gift giving. There's not much in the way of decorating. There's very little planning. There's no pressure to be a perfect host and cook. All you need to do is fire up the grill, throw on some hot dogs or burgers and hang out with your friends and family all day. You can also occasionally enjoy a refreshing beverage. And then, best of all, you get to watch stuff blow up. Fire and stuff exploding stuff. What other holiday's got that kind of combination?

So set some stuff on fire and blow some stuff up for us today!
